Daniel (68)

Daniel (lived 6th century BC) is the central protagonist of the Book of Daniel, which was ascribed to Daniel himself. However, it is generally accepted now, the book was written 4 centuries later. Traditionalist still are convinced it was Daniel himself who wrote the book. There are no elements which can proof any assumption to be right, until today. According to the biblical book, at a young age Daniel was carried off to Babylon where he became famous for interpreting dreams and rose to become one of the most important figures in the court.
