John Cornell

Australian film producer, writer, actor, and businessman; born 2 March 1941 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia; died 23 July 2021. He was known to Australian audiences for his role as "Strop" in The Paul Hogan Show. He produced and co-wrote the screenplay for Hogan's 1986 film Crocodile Dundee and also produced and directed the 1988 sequel, Crocodile Dundee II. He married Delvene Delaney on 31 December 1977.
