Michel Raffaelli

Mighele a.k.a Michel Raffaëlli is a multifaceted artist, being at the same time a musician/composer and painter. Born 1929 in Marseille, France. Died June 24, 2018. From the start of his career, Raffaelli had an interest in lyrical decors and scenography and played an important role in the development of theatrical design in the 1950s and 1960s particularly in France. Working along Picasso, Chagall and with writers such as Prévert, Neruda, he was named a Chevalier des Arts et lettres in 1989.
