Cultural Noise

Austrian synthesizer trio (fleshed-out by some rich Mellotron and guitar), Cultural Noise were fascinating in that they attempted to cram almost every Teutonic, cosmic, sequential and rock-synth style they could into two complex side-long tracks, and managed to make it work.
