Canadian (Québec) host, singer and comedian born on June 29, 1943 and died on March 18, 2012 in Saint-Hyacinthe. He studied at the National School of Theatre. Extremely popular in the 1960s, his career really took off in 1963, after a stint in California, when he hosted "Jeunesse Oblige", on Radio-Canada television. On the radio, he is heard at the CKBS station in Saint-Hyacinthe. He co-hosted the show "Les Coqueluches", from 1974 to 1980, with Gaston L'Heureux. He also hosted "Du Feu SVP" with Françoise Lemieux in 1968 and 1969, as well as "La Fourchette D'Or", at Télévision Quatre Saisons with Soeur Angèle, in the late 1980s. A late interest in the religious world led him, at the end of his career, to animate "Évangélisation 2000", on the air of a community channel.
