Swedish photo model, singer and actor, born May 6, 1951 in Södertälje, died July 12, 1998 in Stockholm. She starred in a number of films during the 60's and 70's. Leena Skoog became famous through an photo session in the men's magazine Lektyr in the late 1960s. She made her film debut in 1969 in two short films, namely "Laila badar" and "Laila vaknar". These films were filmed by the avant-garde artist in the nude film industry Eugene Vöhrmann, whose short films lacked both action and dialogue. The same year she starred in "Åsa-Nisse i rekordform", where she performed as a nude dancer. The film career continued with similar roles until 1974 when she played Lesley in a section of the comedy series Bless this house. In parallel, she worked as a photo model and actress and also released two singles. The first, Je t'aime (I love you so much) was a Swedish version of Serge Gainsbourg's Je t'aime ... moi non plus and was recorded in a duet with Anders Näslund for Love Records. The other was called the Answer to Rosen and was published on the record label Rondell.
