Touchtone

Touchtone is Chris Monks' ambient persona. Initially intended as music to come down to after a night out partying, over time it has grown into a more spiritual and emotional musical outlet. The debut album "To Open" features lyrics, song writing, and some rather jarring percussive elements situated within a sumptuous emotional ambient electronica landscape. These elements are now more a part of Chris Monks' Exit... project, leaving Touchtone free to become more of a traditionally ambient project, albeit with a spiritual and emotional twist.
