Sam Coplin

Sam was born in Saginaw, Michigan., but grew up in North Dallas, Texas Acts on his label Karma (4) included American Blues, Stemmons Express, The Kar-Mels, Debra Glorig, Sincerely, San Jose, Dr. Tom And His Friends, and Happiness (16) He also ran The Central Forest, a club that was said to seat 3,500. He claimed it to be the largest black nightclub in the country.
