Danish accordion player, choir leader a.o., born 14. September 1928, died 12. January 2007. Founder of Tingluti-ensemblet in 1959 after the former "Ungdomskoret af 1951" was split up (Kampp was associated with the "Tingluti" organisation for the rest of his life). Also associated for many years with Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium and Musikhøjskolen in Copenhagen. From the 1950s onwards Kampp worked as a program employee at Danmarks Radio where he started the program series "Folk og Musik". In the late 1960s he was employed as a music editor at Wilhelm Hansen Musikforlag, but in 1972, together with his Tingluti colleague Fin Alfred Larsen a.o., he chose to found Tingluti Forlag, which has published a large number of books with folk music, dances and songs, including the popular "Rend og Hop" and "Spil Bare Løs" publications and gramophone and CD recordings. Also conductor of Studiekoret Alterna for 25 years. As the son of the missionary couple Hans Peter Campp and Signe Konstantin-Hansen Ejnar Kampp spent his early years at a mission station in India.
