Mal Momento was born in the second strong move of Argentine punk, at the end of the 80s, with Hermann in voice, Federico Pertusi on guitar, Ricky De León on bass and Daniel D'Angelo on drums. After years of under performances, they came to edit the first album in 1994, produced by Juanchi Baleirón. Hermann's group had a luxury 1994 as he was the opening act for international bands such as The Ramones and Motorhead in the stadium of Vélez Sarsfield. The second material, "End of party" (1995), dabbled in other rhythms such as rockabilly and melodies not usual for punk. They highlighted, from that album, "Come back spring," "You have to decide" and "She again." Malmo launched in 1998 the album "10 años", which featured a guest with Ciro Pertusi of Attaque 77, and also has 14 tracks, some new and others recorded live. The year 2003 came to an end and, with some changes of formation, Mal Momento returned with "La bruja y el cazador", an EP of six songs, as an advance of "Macabre pallor", recorded at the Fuera del Túnel studios during the month of November, with 14 songs and edited through the label Mal Momento Records. The summer of 2004 gave them the possibility of doing a mini-tour of the Argentine Atlantic coast, preparing the presentation of the album, for March. "Stories of an out-of-law heart" was released prior to "Macabras oddities", an album of his successes in new versions, and in 2006 Hermann released his first solo work, in parallel to the work with the band, which was called "Cover up!" The following year they return to studies to register "Secret File" that goes on sale in 2007. The same year they present "It's alive". In 2011 they edit "Who Killed Innocence?" and in May 2013, drummer Juan Herrera was shot dead in the chest, when he wanted to resist the theft of Garín's rehearsal room, where he worked in parallel with his activity as a musician. The tragic news was published on the band's Facebook with the following text: "We do not know how to communicate what happened, there are no words, we can not come to our senses." Our friend Juan Herrera, bandmate (our drummer) will no longer be physically We do not know whether to call him a victim of insecurity or how, the truth is that a son of a thousand bitches came to steal the rehearsal room where Juan worked in Garín and killed him.We are very, very sad, there are no more words What to say or at least do not come out ... You will always be among us, we love you very much and we will never forget you. " In 2017, celebrating 30 years of history, they returned with another plaque. "My heart is a rotten apple" was recorded in the fall of 2017 on DDR and Leave Home, produced by Chino Biscotti, with Gabriel Kauffman as executive producer.
