Dave Rimmer

British music journalist who wrote for Smash Hits and The Face in the early 1980s. He spent the late '80s and '90s in Berlin and Budapest and has contributed to dozens of publications in the UK, US and Germany. He also sang on a Kim Fowley album. NOT to be confused with the UK rare / northern soul DJ and record historian Dave Rimmer (2).
