And Tears Fell

Dreampop project founded in 1989 by Todd Downing & Samantha Downing (husband and wife). During an active initial three years, they produced two albums and an EP, after which they relocated to Seattle and went on hiatus. In 2001, new material was written and the couple prepared to go back into the studio once again. In 2002, Samantha Downing was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of cancer. After almost three years of constant battle, she died in April of 2005. And Tears Fell is no longer active, although Todd continues to create music and imagery under different projects.
