Motonobu Iwabuchi, professionally known as 弥生 (Yayoi), was a Japanese visual-kei vocalist and guitarist. After debuting with Lazy-Dazy on guitar, he became vocalist of Angel+Dust in 1996. In 1999 Angel+Dust disbanded and Yayoi temporarily stopped music activities. In 2000 he came back as the frontman of Vice†risk. After slightly more than one year Vice†risk disbanded and Yayoi formed La'miss†fairy. In the meantime he had become the owner of Eternal (2), the Matina subsidiary in Tokyo founded in 2001. In late 2002 formed Garnet using the artist name 響 (3) (Hibiki). In 2005, one year after Garnet disbanded, he became vocalist of jewelry using his old stage name Yayoi, as well as starting a solo-project entitled Romance red, along with Joe (88) who was guitarist for SugarTrip. During this time he formed the label CLIMAX ENTERPRISE and signed various bands, as well as his own jewelry. However, both bands stopped activities after few month, as did CLIMAX ENTERPRISE. Yayoi then retired from the music scene due to health problems and weight loss. However he has been involved with FIREBALL RECORDS which is owned by Yukika, as well as thrown a revival live for his former labels named "ETERNALISM & CLIMAXISM" during 2010, but with no plans of coming back as a real artist, he is married since 2006.
