Kjell Henning

Swedish rock singer from Lycksele. He was 11 years old when he started his first orchestra in Lycksele. When he was 15, he moved to Stockholm and was soon a well-known voice both on Kingside, Nalen and on the radio's Stacken. His first record came out on January 1, 1963 (SD 5933), and about it Kvällsposten said: "A singer and not just an ordinary screamer... a good vocal material with a teenage flavor and a pleasantly soft style both in performance and vocal material makes one guess an upcoming Swedish superstar!"
