Tyler Jacobsen

Tyler Jacobsen was a musician, artist and academic, originally from Wichita Falls, Texas. Jacobsen attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and the Rennsselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Over the years he was involved in multiple bands, musical projects and art projects, including OMD20/20, Denim & Diamonds, A Roman Scandal, Re-Tag and Rolls Of Information. He was a professor at several art schools and colleges and in the 2010s lived in Seattle, Washington, where he was art director at Medical Records LLC and part of the synthwave duo Roladex. Tyler Jacobsen passed away on June 12, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was an adjunct professor at Watkins College of Art.
