Richard I. Blake

Richard I. Blake was co-founder and Director of Recording of Fleetwood Records (2), and co-founder and editor of Drum Corps News. Born Lynn, MA on April 8, 1931, died July 18, 2011. After graduating from Lynn English High School he joined the U.S. Air Force. Dick enjoyed a multi-faceted career, that included Co-founder of Fleetwood Records producing LP's and Tapes of Drum and Bugle Corps, sounds of racing, and sports events. He also served as Executive director of Drum and Bugle Corps Competitions that were performed throughout the United States. Upon retirement he became Manager of residential residences.
