American writer and editor, with a wide and varied list of publication credits. Best known as one of the world’s leading authorities on the rock group, The Beach Boys. Elliott has freelanced for several music labels, including Capitol Records, Chrysalis Records and Varese Sarabande, writing liner notes for artists as varied as The Babys and Michael Carpenter.
