David Gresham

South Africa-based radio DJ/engineer, TV personality, music producer and the man behind The David Gresham Record Company. (For the American Clarinetist, see David Gresham (2)). David Gresham was born in Swaziland and first cut his teeth as a sound engineer in Johannesburg and later Mozambican LM Radio. In 1967 he took on A&R positions at Teal Records as well as DJ with Springbok Radio. He was the first host of the legendary "Pop Shop" music show when television was launched in South Africa in 1976 and remains an ardent supporter of local content.
