Brazilian singer and songwriter from Duque de Caxias - RJ, died in December 1998, at the age of 57, in Rio de Janeiro. In the early 1960s he was hired by Rádio Nacional , with weekly participation in the César de Alencar Program. He was a crooner of major orchestras, including Orquestra Tabajara founded by Severino Araújo. At the height of the Jovem Guarda movement, he even recorded some records with his own songs, but it was as a songwriter that he entered the history of that movement, writing songs that became hits in the voice of other singers and bands like Paulo Diniz and the group The Sunshines. His is the lyrics in Portuguese of Stop the Wedding (Stop the Wedding), one of the greatest successes of the Wanderléa discography. In the era of festivals, he joined the A Brazuca's second formation that marked a time in Brazilian music, starting in 1969, when, still in its original formation (Bimba and Julie on vocals), they won the IV International Song Festival (FIC), from TV Globo, with the song Juliana (Atonio Adolfo and Tibério Gaspar). With A Brazuca, Keller participated in the V FIC (1970), defending the song Quebra Cabeça, by Paulinho Soares and Marcelo Silva. In 1978 released a project called "Trindade: Curto Caminho Longo" (documentary feature film, directed by him and the filmmaker Tânia Quaresma). The film features Hermeto Pascoal, Joyce Moreno, Wagner Tiso, Egberto Gismonti, Marcos Resende, Nivaldo Ornelas, Waltel Branco and many other renowned musicians. The soundtrack of Trindade was released on a double album, simultaneously with the release of the film, at Cine Roxy (Copacabana), with the presence of many of the participants.
