Plimplim

Plimplim is the alias of Jerome Marchand. He plays electronic ambient film music. A sonic landscape for a dreamy picture. Pulsations mix with crackles, Emerging melodies from nowhere. He lives and mainly works in Bordeaux, France. In 2019 he finished a full album "and then". For live situation, he decided to work with visuals made by Stefane Cales. In 2014 he got electroacoustic composition DEM at Bordeaux conservatoire. In 2010, he created Violence Conjugale band and released an album 2012 spring on Born Bad Records. Second album came in 2016 with Teenage Menopause Records. During 2001-02 he played in (f,m,q,s) +a, experimental band meeting beetween students and university teachers. He also worked on a few albums under several aliases as producer or synth player, including Monavana (french electronic chanson ), Sub-Robot (rock) or Templier (post krautrock). He was a regular partner of Les Projections Aléatoires and worked with poets and wrote music for theater and dancers.
