Stefano Bertoli

Italian electronic/ambient musician and drums player. Stefano Bertoli has been an electronic music researcher for more than twenty years (info updated in 2020) working as a Sound Engineer as much as a musician and rare synthesizers (Buchla 200e, EMS Synthi) clinician. Among his last studio releases noticeable is the live recorded split with Russian Combo Phurpa titled "Yugasanti" (2018) under the moniker KHN'SHS and the CD "The Curse of the Mad Hatter" with Electronic Experimental duo Andromaca. This new project (2020), bringing his own name only, offers a new vision of his works, an abstract concept realized thru not conform electronic instruments like Cocoquantus, Sidrax and Folktek resonant garden, together with contact microphones and real time manipulated magnetic tapes without any pre recorded music or sequencer.
