Czech rhythm’n’blues, soul and garage rock group. Formed in 1964 as “The Teenagers” in Olomouc by Petr Fiedler, Jaroslav Vraštil and Jozef Karpaty, renamed to “The Bluesmen” in 1966. One of the backing bands for the West German version of the musical Hair (Haare) 1969–1970. Transformed into the pop group “Blíženci” in 1972. Members: Petr Fiedler (lead vocals, flute, harmonica 1964–1971), Jozef Karpaty (guitar 1964–1970), Zdeněk Kramář (bass guitar 1964–1968), Jaroslav Vraštil (organ, piano 1964–1968), Vladimír Grunt (drums 1966–1968, 1970), Hana Ulrychová (lead vocals 1967–1968), Jaromír Löffler (lead vocals 1967–1968), Michal Vosáhlo (organ 1968–1971), Miroslav Ryška (bass guitar 1968–1970), Antonín Nelešovský (drums 1968–1970), Jan Habáň (bass guitar 1971), František Hrazdíra (drums 1971), František Mikulec (guitar 1971), Zdeněk Libíček (saxophone 1971), Petr Jünglich (flute 1971).
