Banjo player in the Cincinnati area, Jeff Roberts started playing with the Katie Laur Band as a young man and has played and recorded with many other bands around Cincinnati, including Earl Taylor, Lazy Boys, Ohio Valley Rounders, and the Comet Bluegrass All-Stars. He has also played with Charlie Sizemore, and in 2016 was active with the Missy Werner Band, the Comet Bluegrass All-Stars, the Northern Kentucky Bluegrass Band, and Them There Mountain Boys. He is also well known as a banjo instructor.
