Bruce Pollock

Rock journalist and former A&R producer at BMG and Sony-BMG Music. Pollock is the author of fifteen books on rock & roll and the editor of more than a dozen volumes of the reference book "Popular Music: An Annotated Index Of American Popular Songs" (Gale Research Co.) He has interviewed over 100 prominent songwriters about their craft. He has written for the websites Songfacts.com and Guitar Tricks.com. He is the co-founding Editor in Chief of the magazine "Guitar: For the Practicing Musician". He has been a Guest Lecturer at Fairfield University, teaching a course on the History of Rock ‘n’ Roll, and has been a Music Supervisor for film and TV.
