If you are talking about dark and energetic electronic music in Munich, Techno DJ and producer Felix Lupus is one of the first guys to mention. His productions already found their ways to the record cases and charts of internationally highly respected artists such as Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Alan Fitzpatrick, Tom Wax and many more... After some few releases on different smaller labels such as Berlin based 'shadybrain', Antiritmo (Madrid) or Shifted House (Munich), Felix spent a full year in the studio to even improve his production style and skills - with a massive outcome! In 2012 at least 6 new already signed Lupus tunes will hit the international dancefloors with the help of 2 labels you all definitely know... Be surprised! Felix' DJ sets are bursting with energy and are described as of both a strong and dark attitude. Alongside Alex Dune, Tobias Felbermayr (both aka Switchmode), Gilbert Martini and Mark Wehlke, Felix initiated the platform MUNICH TECHNO and established a monthly residency at Munich's finest Techno club ROTE SONNE. Felix started his musical career as a Drum'n'Bass MC under the alias Shoota in 1994 and soon played gigs all over Europe alongside international top DnB-artists. Having been active as a producer, too, he debuted in 2006 with a 4 weeks beatport No1 on Berlin based label Shadybrain. But at the beginning of 2008 he knew it was time for a change, quit his D'n'B activities and got deeper into the production of really energetic techno music under his new name Felix Lupus.
