Nico Walser

Conceptual artist, musician, composer, coach, performer. Born 1965 in Germany. Debutalbum as singer-songwriter "Coyote" in 1986 (under birthname Norbert Walser). With his experimental ensemble comprised of ten "Weltempfänger" he gained success in Germany (TV appearances, radio airplay, chart-entries etc.). After "Weltempfänger" broke up in 1997, Walser released two Trip Hop albums as solo artist "code blue". He has created experimental performances for art exhibitions and multi media events as well as composed and played music for radio dramas, short movies and stage shows. He also worked as the host of comedy shows and performed at poetry slams in the noughties. At present day, he's mixing and producing for other artists; Releasing with the cinematic prog art ensemble "Electric Mud", as well as internationally acclaimed solo works on bandcamp as "giant skeletons". He was nominated for the German Schallwelle Award several times from 2019 - 2021.
