Kelly Sisters

American vocal group. First began in 1935 with Paula Kelly. The group disbanded following Martha Kelly's death in 1938. The later version had daughters of Paula Kelly and husband Harold Dickinson of the Modernaires. Members included Paula Kelly Dickinson (Cole) Jr., Julie Kelly Dickinson, and Martha Kelly Dickinson (Martz). They all sang in the Modernaires. Martha, who also sang with the Ed Winters jazz trio, died in 2006 at the age of 65. Paula Jr. died in 2012. Julie does studio work.
