Murder Happens

Blending the Industrial ferocity of Ministry and the moody ambience of The Cure, Murder Happens has brought a haunting yet crushing dynamic sound to the St. Louis music scene. Paul Wood, drummer and driving force behind Murder Happens, assembled the line up of Brian Merry on guitar, Brenda Merry on vocals, Mike Cracchiolo (of The Bureau) on vocals/auxillary and Phillip Lockett on bass. Brenda and Brian Merry perform and co-write music together in the St. Louis band Vela Uniform, bringing the dark yet sensual aspects of Trip-Hop acts such as Baxter and Massive Attack to the already dense sonic tapestry of Murder Happens.
