Batucaje

Directed by member Jose Lorenzo, Batucaje is a group of percussionists of which there is very little information, presumably assembled for the album Däfos with Mickey Hart, Airto and Flora Purim. Batucajé is the name of an afro-brazilian dance, which can lead us to think, along with the names of the group's members, that this is an assembled crew of brazilian origins. It would seem as though their only appearance on recorded music would be on the album Däfos.
