U.S. guitarist, singer and songwriter from Aberdeen, Washington. Born March 25th 1964. Jon Benet Milosevic is an alias that Roger Osborne aka King Buzzo used on the collaborative album between Jello Biafra and the Melvins "Never Breathe What You Can't See". This pseudonym is a combination of the names of JonBenét Ramsey, an American child beauty queen murdered at the young age of 6, and Slobodan Miloševic, the former President of Serbia and Yugoslavia, accused of war crimes.
