Jubilettes

Mid-1990s Austin, Texas band which included Christina Marrs early in her career. The group released a cassette and appeared on some compilations. "Four lovely ladies and as many lovely harmonies, the Jubilettes have made traditional gospel sounds (of all things) part of the local club scene. Featuring Asylum Street Spanker Christina Marrs, the band recently re-emerged from hiatus to help all the nightlifers in need of salvation." They released a cassette as their only recording in 1998.
