Angel Rubio

Ángel Rubio González (La Espina, Asturias, 1955) is a guitarist, lute player, percussionist and Spanish composer of Jazz and Fusion. He started his career in the 70s backing singer-songwriters as Elisa Serna, Antonio Mata or Pablo Guerrero. In 1985 he founded his firat band, "Madera". In 1990 he founded "Big Band Del Foro" with José Vázquez "Roper". He has backed singers as Sonia Vallet, Paula Bas or María Joao, founded "Black Market" in 1995.
