In France since 1991, starting by winning the Django Reinart competition with the group "Electrogene" that same year, he has worked with recognized groups and artists such as the Cuban pianist Alfredo Rodriguez. He notably played in national and international tours with Cheb Mami in 1996 and with Dany Brillant in 1997. He was also a member of the Latin dance trio "Cubaïla" (which released one of the 1998 summer hits "La Charanga"), a group for which he also composed two tracks. In this capacity, he participated in the composition of a song for TF1 Jeunesse: "Le Groove de Lola" from the album "L'Albom Waka", and he produced film music for the 2003 feature film "Más Vampiros En La Habana".
