Paul Abel

Founded the "Abel-Quartet" in 1928. Left the group late in 1929. Founded "Professor Abel und seine Jazz-Sänger" in 1929/1930, who finally became the "Melody Gents". Worked as an arranger and conductor for Durium Italy from 1931 on. Composed numerous songs for popular Italian singers between the mid-1930s and his death of tuberculosis in 1958.
