Stereo Crew

Stereo Crew is: Ice Cube & Sir Jinx. Both from the same block in South Central, Los Angeles, California (USA). They released "She's a Skag" (Epic, 1986) Produced by Alonzo Williams and Andre "Dr. Dre" Young. And Executive Produced by Music Industry legend Larkin Arnold. Stereo Crew left Epic Records and joined local MC Kid Disaster (K-Dee) to form the group C.I.A. They released "Cru' in Action" EP on Kru-Cut Records in 1987 and (Produced by Dr. Dre and Executive Produced by Lonz). C.I.A. "Cru' in Action" wasn't received how the group anticipated, garnering only minimal success with the standout track "My Posse". Ice Cube would later join Dr. Dre to form N.W.A. in 1987. Ice Cube left N.W.A. in 1989 and again joined Sir Jinx and K-Dee to form The Lench Mob in 1990. Sir Jinx did a bulk of production on Ice Cube's debut solo "Amerikkka's Most Wanted", "Kill at Will" EP, and "Death Certificate" which all charted #1 and sold multi-platinum album sales. Ice Cube was honored with the 2,614th Hollywood Walk of Fame star on June 12, 2017. Sir Jinx was in attendance and also commemorated by Ice Cube at the ceremony.
