Mental Abstraction

Trance / Psychedelic Trance & Chill Out project based in Paris Mental abstraction is the project of Frederic Sevrin, a french producer who got introduced to trance music in the mid'90s, in parties around Paris. Around 1996 he started collecting synths, building with friends their first studio. Since then he produced mostly collabs here and there with friends. Being passioned by synthesis and audio engineering, he also worked as a sound designer. His aim is to focus on what he thinks are the primary and most important roles of this music: the trance state using appropriate beats and progression and the connection of his listeners to a higher state of consciousness buy using stricly self programed synthetic sounds.
