Hardcore band from Baltimore City, MD. Stout began in 1995. Vocalist Thaddeus Stamps and drummer Scott Powers are the originating members of Stout. When guitarist Josh Hart and bassist Douglas Williams joined the band in 1998, Stout became more serious and focused in their songwriting and touring. They recorded their first self-titled full-length throughout the summer of 2001 and released it on their own label, Cornerstone Records, in 2002. Since then, the band has released a second full-length in 2007, called Sleep Bitch, and an EP in 2012, called Tales from the Marked Side. Guitarist Josh Hart moved on from Stout after completing the Tales from the Marked Side EP, and Aaron Martinek took his place. Tad, Scott, Doug, and Aaron continue to spread the Stout hardcore reality to this day.
