Bob Ray (2)
Настоящее имя: Bob Ray (2)
Об исполнителе:
US bassist. Playing countless sessions in both Muscle Shoals and Nashville including recordings with Ray Charles, Joe Cocker, Al Green, Etta James and Randy Crawford, Bob was FAME Studios’ third house bassist, replacing the legendary David Hood after he left to form Muscle Shoals Studios. Over at FAME, Bob worked under the tutelage of producer Rick Hall for a few years, playing on countless sessions and being the bassist responsible for the funky groove on “One Bad Apple” by The Osmonds. He then started to moonlight in Nashville while keeping his main home in Muscle Shoals. Do NOT confuse with session musician Bobby Ray who also played bass.
