The O.P. - experimental electronic project came from Taganrog (Russia). The crew was formed in 2002 and began making their tracks in the macaronic way just for amusement. But subsequently by a considerable amount of experiments and after a long break of 4 years all efforts shortly turned into strictly recognizable, sufficiently professional sound, which was difficult to describe with the existed styles. Experiments with sound and technique underlie the works of the band. Thus the end-product can vary greatly and represent a nuclear mixture of such styles as ambient, noise, breakcore, idm and glitch. The O.P. also can boast of digital releases on American, Chinese, Ukrainian and Russian labels, as well as of live performances which permanently sink into the listeners mind.
