Country Beat Jiřího Brabce

Czech country-pop group, led by Jiří Brabec. Formed in January 1966 in Prague as the first Czechoslovak ensemble focusing on modern country. Backing band for various vocalists like Jiří Grossmann, Naďa Urbánková, Ladislav Vodička, Eva Olmerová, and others. One of the Semafor Theatre house bands 1967–1969. In the 1970s and early 1980s one of the best selling Supraphon and PZO Artia acts.
