BHP (Broken Hill Proprietary Company) is an Australian mining company founded in 1885 which was merged in 2001 with the Dutch Billiton plc. The Australian hardcore group Nasenbluten sampled various sounds in the BHP steelworks located in Newcastle, Australia, short before they closed down in 1999, and released a track almost only built from these samples: "Steelworks Requiem".
