Mike Briggs (3)

Mike Briggs is an American musician, sound technician, concert promoter and record label operative. In 1981 he founded the seminal Northern California punk band Agent 86 (2) as vocalist, guitarist and principal songwriter. He is the owner and founder of the music publishing company and record label Arcatones, and the record labels Playhouse Productions and Rastacore Records. He was also D.O.A. (2) sound technician and booked some of the first punk shows in Northern California. Originally from Arcata, California, Briggs has moved around considerably including living in Eugene, Oregon; Tacoma Park, Maryland; Seattle, Washington; and most recently Las Vegas, Nevada.
