Glen started his music career back in the 50’s while still in high school singing with his own nine-piece rock band called Glen Pace and the Starlites. Glen wrote their first single "My Night Off," which was released on Satellite Records (33), a label Glen started. The song became a hit in Europe. Glen moved to the West Coast where he became a top recording engineer, record producer, and studio builder. His first studio build was United Audio, Santa Ana, CA. Glen continued working there as an engineer/producer, where he was the first one to record and work with Karen Carpenter, and also cut "Brown Eyed Woman" by Bill Medley. Glen and Dave Mancini started a studio building company together and built some studios on the west coast, including Devonshire Studios. Glen moved to Dallas in the seventies and built Autumn Sound Studios where Willie Nelson recorded “The Red Headed Stranger,” “Sound In Your Mind,” and “The Family Bible” albums. After moving to Nashville in 1990, Glen built several studios including Texana Sound and Abtrax Recording. Glen now has a digital ProTools studio in his home near White House, Tennessee.
