The Brother Love Congregation

Houston-area garage band, most infamous for perhaps the first psychobilly freakout, "I Don't Wanna Go". They formed in the mid 60s and recorded first in 1967, but the songs were not released until 1970. They would play local venues and a few radio stations did play their singles but they never took off. Eventually broke up in late 1970/early 1971 because of disputes between two band members.
