Swedish musician and composer, born September 29, 1981. She is a trained cellist and vocalist and in addition plays guitar, bass, piano, ukulele and saw. In the USA, Owman has collaborated with the Canadian actress and screenwriter Melanie Jones in the project Endure, which Owman composed and played the music for. Owman has, among other things, recorded and / or toured with Robert Plant, Woven Hand, Mark Lanegan, Soko, Vånna Inget, Golden Kanine and Andi Almqvist. She has toured all over the world with her live concept where she plays cello, saw and guitar accompanied by video projections from the beginning of the last century. With her on stage are Magnus Sveningsson from The Cardigans and Andréas Almqvist from Vånna Inget. The development of video art led to Owman collaborating with Pia Örjansdotter in 2011 and made video art for her performance The White in White in Malmö in 2012. In 2013, Andi Almqvist released the album Warsaw Holiday where Owman is a musician and producer on two of the songs.
