Mona Nordin

Swedish classical violinist, born July 24, 1931 in Stockholm. She studied at the State College of Music, Stockholm with Charles Barkel, in Denmark, in Italy and in England with Manoug Parikian. Since making her debut in 1949 she has been an assiduous soloist and chamber musician in Sweden and the other Scandinavian countries and has given first compositions. She has been a member of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra since 1954.
