Carli Muñoz

Born October 16, 1948. Puerto Rican pianist and composer who relocated from San Juan to New York City with his Puerto Rican rock band 'The Living End' (AKA Space (23)), but is most widely known for playing in The Beach Boys live band for 10 years in the 1970's and 1980's. He also recorded and performed with George Benson, Les McCann, Chico Hamilton, Peter Cetera and Rickie Lee Jones and others. After returning to San Juan to raise his family in the 1980s, he eventually formed a jazz trio that played around Puerto Rico, eventually opened Carli’s Fine Bistro and Piano in 1998 and continues to release solo albums.
