Pietro Delle Chiaie

He graduated in piano at the “L. Refice”, and in organ and organ composition, with full marks, at the Conservatory of Rome “Santa Cecilia” with Maestro Luigi Celeghin. He took part in the training course to become prep-teacher, held by the “Gran Teatro La Fenice” of Venice, and later perfected with O. Latry, A. Bondemann, L. G. Uriol, H. Haselbock. He has performed numerous concerts as pianist as well as organist in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Switzerland and England, obtaining unanimous acclaim from the public and critics for his artistic and technical skills. Later he studied harpsichord and ancient keyboards. He has been the main harpsichordist and organist of the “Cappella Musicale Enrico Stuart” since 1998 with which he has toured Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Hungary, and has recorded several CDs. Since 1991 he has also been titular organist and choirmaster of the Cathedral of San Pietro Apostolo in Frascati (Rm). In 2014 he recorded an organ improvisation album on three different organs, two in Switzerland (Aarau) and one in Italy (Rieti).
