Backing group for Colin Young. They would alternate between using the name, The Foundations (Young's former group The Foundations) and Development. They were to become Development. They are credited on the B side of Colin Young's single, "Anytime at All". Probably the group that really played on the 1971 song "Stoney Ground" which was credited to The Foundations. A keen detective would come to the conclusion that Development has recorded two singles and an album. They were apparently going still in 1972.
