Tamdrin is a multi-instrumentalist recording and performing trio with a sound that ranges from classic and progressive rock through folk, sixties film and TV soundtrack themes, soul, R&B, and a hint of jazz and blues. Atmospheric, melodic songs are woven with many textures and dynamics. Named after the mythical horse king - one of the protectors of Tibetan Buddhism – Tamdrin craft exquisite instrumentals and tuneful songs with intriguing lyrics, featuring evocative female vocals and the occassional male lead.
